Change “Portfolio” title

    Hello, Daniel!

    I like the way how Portfolio Custom Post Type from Jetpack works and want to use this feature. But instead of Portfolio I would like to use it for describing some Activity results (publications, monographs, policy briefs, etc.).
    How can I change the Potfolio title to Activity?

    Or at least change word /Portfolio/ in slug?
