Change the Font Size on the Tile Headings?

I can’t seem to find the settings for the Font Size for the Headings on the tiles.

Here is the example:

I’d like the headings, such as “Day Trip Ideas from Stuttgart…” to be a little bit smaller. Is that possible?

Also, are there settings to change the line weight or color of the tile boxes? Right now they are light grey. Any chance of changing them to black?
