    How can I sent to authorization just comments from those visitors who are not registered?

    The only way I can think of is changing the logged in user’s role, which you may not want to do.

    Ok, thanks.
    One more thing, which plugin can I use that users can report inappropriate content?
    I need it to be something like an exclamation mark or similar…
