Hide the text 'No Comments'

    Hello.

    I would like to remove the text ‘No Comments’ from the header of posts. Note: I do not want to disable the comments function. I also want to keep the notification of comments, e.g. ‘1 Comment’ ‘2 Comments’. I only want to hide the ‘No Comments’ text without blocking any comment functions.

    Can I do this within the theme?
