How to remove description for social bookmarks

    I am using the social bookmarks feature in Pinboard’s theme. Is there any way to remove and/or edit the corresponding copy (“Did you like this article? Share it with your friends!”)?

    The text is hardcoded in functions.php, you can manually edit it there.
