I have about 15 pages links beside Home page link. These links are arranged in two rows. Is it possible to narrow down just the second row?

If you have 15 top-level menu entries you have a serious usability problem. Optimally you shouldn’t have more then 6 top-menu entries or users will get confused. As for narrowing only the second row, there’s no simple way I can think about.
