    Optional RSS feed. where is it?

    sorry i am posting on this subject again. i found out the rss feed is optional, but i don’t know where it is to turn it back on / afix it to my website again. i have searched high and low in the Theme Options and googled for answers and can find nothing. is there a button to switch it back on?
