Portfolio "masonry" style not working

Hello all,
I am currently working on a gallery for my bakery. All of my images, except the cibatta, show up as the same size and orientation. How do I get them to have behave in the “masonry” style pictured in the demo?

On a side note, I’ve had to redirect my page to /category/portfolio/ because if I have it go straight to portfolio none of titles show up on the images. I don’t mind the redirect, but I’m not sure how to change my page title. I don’t like “gallery Archives”, and I’ve been unsuccessful as what seems like a simple task. Help?
