Remove redundant 'Home' link in nav bar

Hello there. First of all, thanks for the theme.

I’m having a little problem with changing my home page. So far, I have changed my home page to a static page called ‘About Us’. I have changed my posts page to a page I called ‘News’. That’s all good.

The only problem is this. I believe that the ‘Home’ link in the navigation bar is now redundant yet it still shows. See here – http://reedham.org.uk/wordpress/

I think I’ve worked out that I need to remove some code from header.php to make this happen. If you could tell me exactly what I need to remove, that would be really helpful.
