Singe post view per category

Is there a way to show single-view-full-post pages when clicking a menu-category? My question is similar to this one: https://www.onedesigns.com/support/topic/full-posts
The difference is, I have only a unique post in a category which should be displayed in full-post.

I have a restaurant, and every week there is a new menu-post called “dinner calendar week 01” in the catecory “dinner” (in german Mittagstisch). The outdated posts in this category are fading out with a nice addin “post expirator”. If you click the menu “dinner” I want to show the unique post in this category in full-post-view (not the_excerpt or the_content) like you click the ‘read more’ tag.

The problem with the post in ‘the_excerpt’ or “the_content” is that there is no complete formatting to the post until you put and click the “read more” tag in there. I was hoping to make the theme do it 🙂
