Hi, I would like to put a slideshow of some (changing) articles on my homepage as shown on the screenshot of the theme in wordpress. It should be for the whole page – not only for the width of one column. How is this possible – how can I do it?
    thank you Doris

    Hi doris,

“How” implies that there is a “Can”, which unfortunatly isn’t in this theme.

With your very specific needs, I recommend you look for a theme which offers these options already instead of asking for support here.

The demo site that David has created shows already most of the different options available.

Hi Alexander, it´s not possible? I am surprised, because in the wordpress screenshot (showing the theme) that´s exactly what it looks like. And wait, that´s exactly how the demo looks like: http://demo.onedesigns.com/pinboard/
I just want to know how to create this part which shows morning latte => sunset sky => water drop etc. on the demo side and I don´t know how to! It´s what I want: covering all the columns, a slide show (maybe not an automatic one, but still), ..
    Can you help there?
    Thank you, Doris

    Hi doris,

Talking about the whole page, I assumed the whole visible page maximized on your screen.

For your support I wrote a tutorial:

Hope that’s what you’re looking for.

Hi, I am sorry, but I really do have another question: in my blog it seems like the outer area (which is wooden, background in the demo) is bigger than in the demo. how come? can I change that?

    Hi doris,

    another question – another thread.

But to answer your next question: The backgound in the demo is a repeating tile which is always maximized to the browsers window. It always runs from left to right and up to down.

    Cheers,
